- Session 1 focuses on emerging trends related to pastors' calling, mental and emotional health and relationships.
- Session 2 takes a closer look at the challenges pastors are facing in ministry right now, exploring the future of teaching and preaching, the increase in doubt around pastors' credibility and what it looks like to empower the next generation of pastors.
- A 40-minute breakout session in between the two main sessions will allow registrants to discuss relevant topics related to the data and brainstorm practical solutions and next steps. (Breakout session titles and session leaders forthcoming.)
- A viewer's guide will also be provided one week ahead of the summit, allowing pastors, church staff and organizations to sit with the data and think through what these findings mean for their specific context.
